It is with great pleasure that my sister Phyllis and myself write this testimony for Lynne Zettergren.
We were praying and contemplating purchasing a Home/Condo in the Eastlake Woodlands area last year 2023,
Actually not 100% sure whether we wanted to move to Florida or stay in the New York/New Jersey area,

Our cousin, who is in Real Estate did some research and asked us to contact Lynne Zettergren, and so we did,
Lynne immediately contacted us and we exchanged information for what we were looking for,

We were going to be in the Oldsmar area, so we made a date for us to meet and show us what was available in numerous areas,

Lynne met us and she had about 6 or 7 lined up for us to see, She came fully prepared with pictures, outlines and all of the information needed to at least contemplate purchasing the property,

However, at that time we did not have a definitive answer for her, But that didn't deter her, She asked if we could stay in touch and we agreed,
Lynne also was kind enough to treat Phyllis and I to lunch, so we got to know her a little better,

Every day we received an email from Lynne with listings in the areas.or surrounding areas, But then, on May 13th we learned of the availability of a Condo that we might be interested in, so we immediately called Lynne,

Lynne called the Realtor and long story short, we made arrangements to come and see the property,

Lynne doesn't live in the Eastlake Woodlands area, so throughout these showings she had to drive over an hour and a half or more to get to us,

We did want to purchase this property and Lynne was with us every step of the way, From beginning to end, even up to and after the closing she was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful at all times.

We were truly blessed to have her on our team. As before, she did the research, gave us helpful information,told us what to expect and what we needed to do to make this process as smooth as it can be, especially since we live in the New York area, She is so caring, thoughtful, and was thorough and complete in all she did for us.
